I am sorry but we do not carry any replacement parts for the Greystone Rv Fireplaces like part # 324-000081. It may be worth a shot contacting Greystone directly to see what they recommend. What we do have is the Replacement Unismart Remote Control for Furrion Indoor TVs, Stereos, and Fireplaces # FR34FR which is a universal remote that'll work with Furrion fireplaces and the Replacement Remote for Greystone RV Fireplace # LC22TF which will replace the remote for the Greystone F2653BCGW.

It sounds to me like there was a power surge that ran through your trailer and at minimum the fireplaces took too much voltage and blew. You can try disconnecting them from power for 15 minutes and then retesting them but it sounds like you most likely had them disconnected for a longer period of time. I'd be willing to bet other sensitive electronics (stereo, tv, etc.) could also potentially be damaged.
